George Ivory, the dean of Southwestern Athletic Convention basketball coaches and a SWAC Corridor of Famer, has resigned as head males’s basketball coach at Arkansas-Pine Bluff after 13 seasons, the varsity introduced Tuesday.

“It has been an honor and privilege to be the top coach at UAPB and to information the younger males who I used to be lucky sufficient to teach,” Ivory mentioned. “I’ll at all times have fond recollections of practically 20 years on this program, and am grateful for the chance to guide this program.
