Former Grambling QB Geremy Hickbottom transfers to Bethune-Cookman

Geremy Hickbottom has discovered a brand new dwelling.

A month after coming into the NCAA switch portal, the previous Grambling State quarterback introduced that he has dedicated to Bethune-Cookman.

“Blessed to say that I will probably be committing to the Nice Bethune-Cookman College to complete my final 12 months of American soccer I’m excited and appreciative of this chance. Let’s Work!!,” Hickbottom wrote on Twitter Friday.

This previous spring with Grambling, the redshirt senior accomplished 66 % of his passes for 380 yards to go together with one landing and one interception in three video games. He introduced on March 24 that he was coming into the switch portal hours after this system shut down soccer operations due to COVID-19 points throughout the program.

For his profession, Hickbottom has thrown for 4,233 yards to go together with 48 whole TDs and 1,234 speeding yards.

The transfer means Hickbottom stays within the SWAC for his last collegiate season and it’s potential that he may play towards his former workforce. Bethune-Cookman and Grambling are scheduled to satisfy on Nov. 3 at Grambling.

The newest Bethune-Cookman roster lists Terry Gilliam, Kyle Smith, Devin Black and Jabari Dunham as present quarterbacks.
