This gilded sunset soiree nestled on the grounds of the Park House at Myriad Gardens is swoon-worthy to say the least! With the perfect summer to fall transitional color palette, Emily and Jackson’s stunning tented reception features fresh blooms from XO by Haleigh Kenney and decor from 110 Events in shades of deep emerald green, terra cotta and blush with slight pops of gold. Custom terra cotta invitations from Paper + More are a beautiful addition to detail photos, plus all of that bling from BC Clark Jewelers that adds a bit of eye-catching sparkle. Emily couldn’t have picked a better gown from Chantilly that goes with the summery, boho chic theme of her day perfectly – all while looking absolutely gorgeous! Abbey Road Catering served up all the eats for guests to stay fueled to dance the night away, while Amy Cakes created the most tasty-looking three-tiered wedding cake adorned with a few of the couple’s fresh florals. There’s truly no better wedding favor than a good macaron (or two, or three), especially the delicious treats from Disco Macarons that guests from this soiree enjoyed on their way out the door. All of the gilded sunset goodness of this day was captured on video by the film experts Pulley Productions – you’re not going to want to miss this sweet couple’s wedding video! Scroll to see all the boho, summer, terra cotta details of this swoon worthy reception. Cheers to Mr. and Mrs. James!
From the bride about her favorite memory: “Once it was time for the first look, I got pretty nervous. But, as soon as Jackson turned around, it was all giggles and trying not to sneak a kiss! We then read our vows, which is when I had the hardest time holding back tears… but we made it. I thought I would tear up a lot more than I did, but I was so happy to be marrying Jackson!”
