The multi-talented producer, artist and entrepreneur unveiled his Goodtime Lodge on Friday (April 16) together with his enterprise accomplice David Grutman, TMZ experiences. And several other main A-listers have been on the town to kick off the grand opening together with Kim Kardashian, Chris Rock, Rick Ross and Cuba Gooding Jr.
In accordance with Forbes, that is Williams and Grutman’s first collaborative way of life lodge model. The oasis is within the central, historic part of South Seashore alongside Washington Avenue. With 266 rooms, its Artwork Deco aesthetic sits on 100,000 sq. toes of public area.
“We knew we had a possibility to carry one thing new and distinctive to the neighborhood, and we didn’t wish to lose sight of that for something,” Williams tells Forbes. “Not even the pandemic.”

From the pure oak library to the palette of peach and inexperienced all through the property, the Goodtime Lodge has quirky standout accent items like animal lamps, pineapple-motif cocktail tables, tufted sofas and even throwback rotary dial telephones. Two parallel swimming pools with sweet stripe tiles, cabanas and lounges all sit alongside the outside bar.
An indoor-outdoor full-service restaurant named Strawberry Moon provides a choice of Mediterranean delicacies and cocktails.
