DETROIT — Detroit police named a former Michigan State College basketball star because the suspect in a lethal taking pictures late Saturday.
Keith Appling, 29, was needed in connection to the taking pictures loss of life of a 66-year-old man, in keeping with a police information launch. The slain man was not instantly recognized.
