‘Very suspicious circumstances’: FBI investigating whether 2004 death was racially motivated killing

Investigation will decide whether or not 23-year-old man Alonzo Brooks was the sufferer of a racially motivated killing, following a brand new post-mortem after the case was reopened in 2019.
