2 police officers accused of using excessive force, threatening Army officer during traffic stop

A U.S. Military officer is suing two Virginia cops after they pointed weapons at him, pepper sprayed him and pushed him to the bottom throughout a site visitors cease for what the officers believed was a lacking license plate.
