Report showed ‘major structural damage’ before Florida condo collapse

The oceanfront condominium constructing that collapsed close to Miami had “main structural injury” to a concrete structural slab under its pool deck that wanted to be extensively repaired, in response to a 2018 engineering report on the constructing.
