Thousands of Oklahoma student teachers to be eligible for about $3,200 in stipends

Thousands of student teachers in Oklahoma will be eligible for about $3,200 in stipends over the next three years, and the Oklahoma State Department of Education will use almost $13 million in pandemic relief funds to support the effort.
