Oklahoma parents, medical group file lawsuit against Stitt over school mask mandate ban

A group of Oklahoma parents and the Oklahoma State Medical Association on Thursday filed a lawsuit against Gov. Kevin Stitt and the state legislature over a new, controversial law that prevents schools from requiring masks and COVID-19 vaccine, unless the governor declares a state of emergency.
