Oklahoma Senate passes ‘Cocktails to Go’ Act

Oklahoma’s Home Invoice 2122 would enable institutions holding a caterer’s or combined beverage license to promote single-serve wine and cocktails to-go if they’re in a sealed, tamper-proof container.
