WE HAD 22 SUPERINTENDENTS IN 20 YEARS AND WE HAD JUST BEEN GIVEN AN OFFICIAL COMPLAINT AND REELING FROM THE OFFICE OF CIVIL RIGHTS WE WERE DISPROPORTIONATELY SUSPENDING BLACK AND BROWN MALES COMPARED TO WHITE MALES.
