POTTAWATOMIE COUNTY, Okla. (KFOR) – An Oklahoma highschool coach who was accused of raping an adolescent has been discovered not responsible of the fees.

In February of 2023, Nathan Holland was charged with first-degree rape by pressure or concern, first-degree rape by instrumentation, two counts of forcible sodomy, and home assault and battery by strangulation.

Based on courtroom paperwork, the alleged sufferer claimed that she met Holland on a courting app and agreed to satisfy him at a resort.

In the end, the woman claimed that she was 17-years-old on the time of the incident. Nevertheless, Holland mentioned that her courting app profile listed her age as 21.

Earlier this week, a Pottawatomie County jury acquitted Holland of all fees.
