PONCA CITY, Okla. (KFOR) – A person is in jail, accused of strangling a gasoline station cashier with a wire. Luciano Cerda was charged with assault and battery with a harmful weapon.
The suspect, Cerda, was seen hanging across the Conoco gasoline station at 425 S. 14th road for a number of days earlier than the incident.
In accordance with court docket paperwork, the cashier instructed police he was appearing “very aggressive in direction of our employees.”
So the final time he walked in, she instructed him to depart if he was going to be impolite.
