WARNER, Okla. (KFOR) – Oklahoma troopers had been in the appropriate place on the proper time to save lots of a person’s life in Muskogee County.

Officers with the Oklahoma Freeway Patrol say a number of troopers had been headed to the Cadet Lawman camp in Warner after they stumbled upon an sudden sight.
