The inmate is recognized as 37-year-old Reimundo Cuevas.
In April, he was sentenced to 25 years in jail for fees of drug trafficking, conspiracy to commit a felony, and unlawful use of a telephone.
He was being held on the jail earlier than being taken to jail.
