High water catches some Oklahoma City drivers off guard

WARR ACRES, Okla. (KFOR) – As heavy rain moved by means of the metro on Thursday, some drivers had been caught off guard.

The Nationwide Climate Service has issued a flash flood look ahead to a lot of central Oklahoma as extra rain is predicted to maneuver into the metro.

Round 1 p.m. on Thursday, a driver in a crimson truck drove into excessive water close to N.W. thirty fourth and Hammond.

Officers say it is best to all the time flip round and never drive on flooded roadways.
