BLANCHARD, Okla. (KFOR) – The Blanchard Police Division has issued a Silver Alert for a lacking 78-year-old girl with Alzheimer’s and dementia.
Shirley Pickard was final seen close to 918 N Harrison round 3:30 p.m. Monday, August 2.
Pickard is described as a white feminine with darkish brown hair and a few gray. She walks with a limp from her proper leg being bowed out, in line with police.
