OKLAHOMA CITY (KFOR) – We’re getting our first take a look at a serious movement image that includes a Golden Globe-winning film star set in Oklahoma.
‘Stillwater’ is about an American oil-rig roughneck from Oklahoma who travels to France to go to his estranged daughter in jail. She is in jail for a homicide that she says she did not commit.
Invoice, performed by Matt Damon, makes it his private mission to exonerate his daughter. Within the midst of combating an advanced authorized system, Invoice embarks on an individual journey of discovery.
Damon was noticed in a number of Oklahoma communities whereas filming the film, and a few of these areas are even featured within the newly-released trailer for the movie.
‘Stillwater’ will hit theaters on July 30.
