OKLAHOMA CITY (KFOR) – An Oklahoma Metropolis Police murder detective is recanting a sworn assertion he beforehand made about an OKCPD sergeant who’s dealing with first-degree manslaughter prices after a lethal police capturing in Northwest OKC.
