A 32-year-old Texas man drowned Tuesday after authorities mentioned he was kayaking in a restricted space of Mountain Fork River in McCurtain County.In line with an Oklahoma Freeway Patrol incident report, Kaylin Pope was kayaking round 2:50 p.m. Tuesday in Mountain Fork River when he came to visit the Low Head Dam and have become hung within the undertow.
