DUNCAN, Okla. (KFOR) – The Oklahoma State Bureau of Investigation (OSBI) is investigating an officer-involved taking pictures that occurred in Duncan Thursday afternoon.

OSBI investigators say Duncan Police Division acquired a 911 name from the 300 block of West Maple round 4 p.m. Thursday.

When police arrived, 43-year-old Shawn Tillison got here out from the residence pointing a gun within the air.

Officers say Tillison didn’t reply to officer’s instructions to place the weapon down.

After the officers tried to take him into custody with less-lethal strategies, the person pointed the gun at officers and deadly pressure was used, the OSBI says.

The OSBI doesn’t launch the title of the officers concerned except the District Lawyer determines expenses must be filed.

There isn’t a further info to be launched at the moment.
