Police release surveillance footage of deadly hit-and-run that killed bicyclist

DEL CITY, Okla. (KFOR) – Authorities in Del Metropolis are looking for a driver related to a lethal hit-and-run.

Round 11:57 p.m. on June 13, officers with the Del Metropolis Police Division have been known as to a hit-and-run involving a bicyclist within the 4000 block of S. Sunnylane Rd.

After they arrived, they discovered a person mendacity within the roadway with severe accidents.

“Officers responded on scene, and it was apparent from particles from the bicycle that the bicyclist had been hit by a automotive,” Main Bradley Rule, with Del Metropolis Police Division, mentioned.

Police say the person died from a head damage.

Investigators say the sufferer was driving his bicycle southbound on Sunnylane and his bike had all the acceptable lighting on the time of the crash.

Authorities say it seems the suspect was driving a light-colored four-door GM truck.
